Please read the below carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind Returns

 

  • Bikini tops and bottoms are not available for a refund for change of mind
  • ALL BIKINI BOTTOMS ARE FINAL SALE- due to hygiene reasons 
  • Bikini Tops can be exchanged or returned for store credit
  • Exchanges are subject to stock avaliability
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
    • In original condition with all tags, packaging, and hygiene liners fully intact
    • Free from makeup, tan marks, deodorant, perfume, or damage

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Hygiene & Try-On Policy

Swimwear must be tried on over underwear.

For hygiene reasons, any item returned without an intact hygiene liner will be automatically rejected.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
    We will assess the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Sale & Promotional Items

All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit, unless deemed faulty.

 

Return Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service — we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns

 

Processing & Assessment

  • Returns are assessed within 3–5 business days of being received
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage
